Hi, my name is Scott Armour and I am a member of the Kingdom Of Fife Group of Advanced Motorists.
I currently live in Auchtermuchty with my wife and 3 daughters and I work full-time in Edinburgh for an Australian software company. In the past I have also worked part-time as a Driving Instructor in Fife and Edinburgh.
I passed my IAM test back in 1993 in Ayrshire, five years after passing my standard driving test. In 2005 I joined the Kingdom Of Fife Group after moving to the area. After having been an Observer for the Group for several years, in July 2014 I went on to sit and pass my IMI National Observer Qualification and I am also a Local Observer Assessor for the Group.
Within the Group Committee, I currently have the role of Treasurer.
In addition to my IAM test, I have also sat and passed my RoSPA Advanced Driving Test in 2012, 2015 and 2018, achieving Gold Grade on each occasion.
